I led the Experience Design team on Apex Legends to create top tier experiences for our players. My work spans many areas: menus, navigation, ranked systems, character usability, battlepass & commerce design, wayfinding, social systems, player behavior systems, metagame systems, and long-term engagement design.
I led the Experience Design team on Apex Legends to create top tier experiences for our players. My work spans many areas: menus, navigation, ranked systems, character usability, battlepass & commerce design, wayfinding, social systems, player behavior systems, metagame systems, and long-term engagement design. My biggest successes were lauching and maintaining the ranked system, co-designing the Arenas mode, and helping retrofit Respawn into a full-functioning live-service team.
